SERVICES UNDER EPC CONTRACT: -

Withreferencetoscopeofwork under an EPC Contract, Soltherm Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd.shallbeprovidingtheTurnkeySolutionfrom “contemplation to commissioning” so as to ensure seamless execution of the Project. The scope of supply and services may include;

·       Project Consultancy and assistance for The Project including all kind of the Licenses Clearances Permission Subsidy from Concerned departments/ authorities what so ever necessary for installation and operation of the Project.

·       Allthetechnical, financial, statutory support&documentationrequiredforstatutoryandregulatory approvalswillbe prepared & supported.

·       Preparation of DPR, ProjectPlanning&Controlling.

·       Complete Design&Engineering, Certifications of the Project.

·       SupplyofallProjectrelatedMaterial, Equipments Plant & Machinery.   

·       Civil Construction Activities,whichshallconsistof RCC Work, Brick Work, Iron & Steel Fabrication, foundationandcableconduitconstruction.

·       Installation&commissioningofall of the electrical and mechanical and other ancillary unit components.

·       Operation and Maintenance of the Project for One Year.
